Starting July 1, 2022, the State Insurance Fund Corporation informed that employers with permanent policies must file their Payroll Statements yearly exclusively online through the service portal www.fondopr.com. This is in accordance with the provisions of the regulations to govern the Workers Compensation Insurance.

Only employers with permanent policies whose interest is to cancel them may carry out the procedure in person at any of its regional offices.
