Incorporation Requirements:

• First, create a name for your entity and make sure it is available so that you do not infringe upon any tradename, service name, or trademark rights. If you have doubts about the availability of the name you chose, you may contact us for assistance.
• Second, register completing the Registration in https://prtmfiling.f1hst.com/. The application fee is $150.
• Finally, complete the Certificate of Incorporation and file it at https://rceweb.f1hst.com/es/creationfilings/wizard/. Please note that the application fee is $5 and does not apply to fraternities, charitable, religious, or educational organizations.
