Mr. Cabrera-Rivera supports the firm as a law clerk by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting our lawyers in their duties. He also uses his skills in communication, time management, and organization to collaborate effectively with other team members at Coto & Associates.
Currently, he will start his second year at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he pursues his Juris Doctor degree. He participates in the Health Law Pro Bono and the UPR Business Journal, and he is interested in the topics of Contracts, Health, Energy, and Intellectual Property.
Before joining Coto & Associates, Mr. Cabrera-Rivera was a professional musician playing in numerous venues across Puerto Rico, the United States, and Latin America. With more than fifteen years of experience, he has three solo albums and has participated in many musical productions. He won a Presidential Scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where he specialized in the areas of composing, arranging, recording, and mixing. He also worked at a non-profit organization, where he assisted music instructors with teaching, lesson planning, and curriculum for after school programs.
